How does it work?

It all starts with a phone call or e-mail to schedule your
complimentary, no-obligation consultation. Local
appointments are scheduled at your home, office or any
other Marin location. Other consultations are done by
phone.

Our discussion will help assess where you are, where you
want to be, and what services can best help you get
there.

After our initial consultation, you will be provided with a
recommended service plan for your review and
consideration. The lines of communication are always
open. After incorporating any changes or alternative ideas
you have, fees can be confirmed and we’re ready to get
started!

For on-going or comprehensive service, simply drop your
receipts, bills, credit card statements, bank statements,
etc. in a folder for MPC when they arrive.  The folder will
be managed on your scheduled dates. For local clients,
appointments can be scheduled in your home, office or
your folder can be personally picked up at a location
convenient to you and returned to you completed.  For all
other clients, pick up will be via DHL prepaid overnight
service.

Your documents will be sorted, billed amounts verified,
bank accounts & statements reconciled, and checkbooks
will be balanced. Customized check register, cash flow &
categorized spending reports will be prepared to keep you
fully informed. Checks can be prepared for your signature
& mailing.  Your information will be managed, analyzed and
promptly returned to your hard copy file.


Will any sensitive financial data be sent via e-mail?

Alternatively, confidential files can be sent electronically
through DHL eCourier secure document exchange with 128-
bit encryption which uses a secure server to transmit data
browser-to-browser. SSL security protocol encrypts the
documents as they are transferred to the server for
storage on the Data Storage Unit with the Blowfish
encryption algorithm.


What are the charges for financial concierge services?

Multiple fee structures are available. During our first
meeting we’ll discuss your needs and how Marin Paper
Chase can best assist you.  

On-going assistance is available for a monthly fee based
on the scope and complexity of your recurring monthly
needs and your service schedule (weekly, bi-weekly,
monthly or other).



Can fees be paid by credit card?

Yes. Payments can be made by check, VISA, MC,
Discover, American Express, debit cards or electronic
check. Receipts for electronic payments are emailed.


What about the security of online payments?

Your confidential information is automatically encrypted in
transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets
Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128
bit. Your information resides on a server that is never
directly connected to the internet and your payment
information is never shared.
